EPL Fantasy Football : Player To Watch Gameweek 6

Ones to Watch

Yohan Cabaye – the summer signing from Lille is starting to find his feet at the heart of Newcastle’s midfield. Cabaye is becoming more influential as the weeks go by and, aided by set-piece duties, is establishing himself as the club’s main creative force. A home match with Blackburn Rovers should offer further chance to impress, and, having been denied by Shay Given’s heroics last time out, the Scout has an inkling that Cabaye could break his duck this weekend.
Juan Mata – as Chelsea evolve under the leadership of Andre Villas-Boas, Mata’s role as the man to make them tick will be fundamental to their success this season. Already, the Spaniard has impressed, scoring two goals in four starts in all competitions and with Swansea City rolling up to Stamford Bridge this Saturday, The Scout sees Mata as a strong option.
Shaun Wright-Phillips – the winger has been given a free role by Neil Warnock since his move to Loftus Road and has looked reinvigorated since his late August transfer. His trickery and eye for goal have made an instant impact and, with Queens Park Rangers playing host to Aston Villa, Wright-Phillips looks in the mood to maintain his new side’s recent good form.
Luis Suarez – this weekend’s home match with Wolverhampton Wanderers offers Liverpool a chance to return to winning ways. Their strong start has faded in recent weeks but a Suarez-inspired side are a different proposition at home and the Uruguayan will be desperate to fire his team back up the table after recent away disappointments. Don’t be fooled by a recent dry spell, Suarez has the class to reinstate himself as a prime Fantasy target.
Robin Van Persie - the Dutchman has found the net just once this season as Arsenal struggle to gel following a summer of transition. With an out-of-sorts Bolton visiting the Emirates on Saturday, The Scout reckons Van Persie may never have a better chance to rediscover the goalscoring form that made him a Fantasy sensation in the latter half of last season.
Sergio Aguero – the summer signing from Atletico Madrid has been a sensation so far for Manchester City. Aside from his substitute appearance in the first match of the season, Aguero has started every league fixture for Roberto Mancini’s side and looks the most immune to rotation. With eight goals to his name already, Aguero will be in confident mood as he faces David Moyes’ Everton.
